The dsh-side install bullet in both READMEs now carries the #953 boot-crash-window workaround: if dsh fails to boot right after dsh plugin --profile <name> add billion-context with ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND on billion-context/dsh (stale pnpm metadata resolved a pre-bundle copy — e.g. 0.1.117, which has no exports["./dsh"] — while bundle detection hit a newer global install), re-add pinned: dsh plugin --profile <name> add billion-context@latest.

Docs-only — no code changes. Deliberately Part of, not Fixes: #953 stays open as the canonical record of the windowed crash until pnpm caches age out; this PR only lands the doc note it requests.
