Consumes acp-kernel v0.0.53 (PR ranxianglei#201): the whole write cycle (mkdir + fresh tmp + write + rename) is retried on transient ENOENT/ENOTDIR — Windows %TEMP% sweeps / AV no longer drop session persists — and the spill write retries too. Test-side polling shipped in PR ranxianglei#559.

Ships on master:
This commit: version bump 0.1.45 -> 0.1.46 only (kernel pin already 0.0.41 on master; lockfile root entries synced).
Validated locally with the real npm acp-kernel@0.0.41: typecheck clean, 512/512 tests, build OK.
