Pi has no default bash timeout, so a forgotten timeout can hang for thousands of seconds. Add a tool_call hook that injects a configurable default timeout (600s) into bash when the model omits one. Pi truncates tool output at 50KB/2000 lines, but for tighter context budgets add an opt-in tool_result hook that head-caps tool result text (toolOutputMaxBytes, default off). Oversized bash output stays available via its temp file (BashToolDetails.fullOutputPath). New config keys (acp.json): toolBashDefaultTimeout, toolOutputMaxBytes. Non-breaking: timeout on by default, output cap off by default. Closes ranxianglei#7
