TinyTds::Error: DBPROCESS is dead or not enabled / Unable to connect: Adaptive Server is unavailable or does not exist

Trying to get mssql (on port 1433) working on Circle CI with Ruby [2.1.10] / Rails [4.2.10] / Rspec / / activerecord-sqlserver-adapter [4.2.5] / tiny_tds [0.6.2].

While running Rspec tests, the first ~900 run successfully, with the last ~100 giving the "TinyTds::Error: DBPROCESS is dead or not enabled" error. I followed #402, clearing active connections after each test. Now I'm running into this error:

"Unable to connect: Adaptive Server is unavailable or does not exist".

I see you are using a really old version of tiny_tds. Have you tried to update to a newer version?
