Regenerates src/agent/skill-bundle.generated.ts from quonfig/skills#2 using node scripts/sync-agent-skill.mjs (--check passes). With this, qfg agent install-skill writes the sdk-key create --name snippets, matching the 0.8.0 CLI. SKILL_VERSION goes 1.1.0 → 1.1.1.

This bumps no version, so merging publishes nothing; it ships with the next cli release. Tests: skill-bundle.test.ts passes (3).
