1337.to's plugin link is dead, gives 404

When you try to download plugin for 1337 it gives 404 error.

Link should be changed to:

Friend before i make any merge request i want your opinion. 1. Do you think i should fix and the "published date" that is missing in some scripts 2. I thought i should include in the intelligence the year BUT e.g. 12 Angry Men some sources have it 1957 others 1958 or Spirited Away 2001 or 2002 the same goes with remakes with the same title. Should my scripts ignore the year the person types?? 3. Do you know if the apis for sites are somewhere available. So far(i am talking now for popular sites) i found apis for pirate bay and yts. Unfortunately the rest of the scripts just scrape the sites

@aristsakas-ui is there any chance youd do a plugin for https://1337x.to or https://x1337x.eu? The 1337 Tube doesnt seems to have nearly as many results as i was hoping. For example, if I search 'Dark Knight Tigole', there are 0 results on Tube but several results on both the other two.
