Vercel's git integration would otherwise build the site on every push to every
branch. On 2026-09-18 that was well over a hundred builds of a site nobody had
touched, which hit the account's build rate limit, failed the Vercel check on
unrelated pull requests, and stalled the hosted app's release deploy (#655). The
config's `ignoreCommand` now skips a build unless `apps/marketing`,
`packages/shared`, or the lockfile changed since the branch's last deployment.
A skipped build shows as a cancelled deployment in Vercel and a neutral check
on the pull request. To force one, redeploy from the Vercel dashboard.

## Before adding a legal page back

The site currently publishes no legal documents because it does not need to.
