[DOCS] Add Basics of Mechanical Engineering and Workshop Practices Documentation Section

Description

Currently, openCSE lacks a dedicated section for Basics of Mechanical Engineering (BME) and Workshop Practice, even though these are important first-year engineering subjects. Adding them would help make openCSE a more complete learning resource for first-year students.

This module will provide structured, beginner-friendly, and exam-oriented notes along with workshop concepts, tools, diagrams, and viva questions.

• Create a dedicated BME + Workshop Practice section
• Add topic-wise navigation similar to existing subjects
• Include concise and detailed explanations
• Maintain consistency with the current UI and project structure

As a recently completed first-year engineering student, I already have familiarity with the syllabus, practical, and commonly used academic resources, which will help in creating relevant and useful content for students.

I would like to work on this issue under GSSoC'26. Since I recently completed my first year, I already have familiarity with the subject syllabus and resources, which will help me create structured and student-friendly content for the project.

BME and Workshop Practice are part of the first-year curriculum, so I'm open to adding them to openCSE.

That said, the scope here is quite large. Please avoid trying to cover the entire subject in a single PR. Break the work into smaller topic-wise PRs so that reviews remain manageable and contributors can collaborate more easily.

I'll assign this to you. Feel free to start with a few core topics first and then follow up with the remaining modules incrementally.
