AUDIT.mdguidance to clarify that downstream repos should file hub findings as issues and keep hub issues separate from target-repo convergence issues. - Propagate the same guidance into the distributed skill copies (
agent-conduct,resync-a-repo) and update the fleet-skills source digest.
