## Summary - correct the canonical source-only release description - document the hub-hosted reusable release task inputs - regenerate the GitHub Copilot and Claude Code skill distributions ## Root Cause The generated skill reference retained the former standalone publisher mechanics after source-only callers moved to the hub-hosted reusable release workflow. ## Validation - complete local verification suite from `OPERATIONS.md` - 730 unit tests - audit and safety self-tests - distribution, repository, prose, spec, editorconfig, ShellCheck, and PSScriptAnalyzer gates References #855
