drop cursor-team-kit from the readme #35

README.md names cursor-team-kit three times in the "not shipped here" section (checked at 66a5d86):

• line 253: - `/deslop` and the `deslop` skill ship in the `cursor-team-kit` plugin.
• line 254: - `control-cli` (for CLIs and TUIs) and `control-ui` (for browser, Electron, web) ship in `cursor-team-kit` too.
• line 257: install `cursor-team-kit` alongside pstack if you want the full set.

Upstream pstack at e73df47 has the same text at pstack/README.md lines 263, 264, and 267. The no-mention rule overrides copying upstream verbatim here.

Smallest fix: delete lines 253, 254, and 257 (and the blank line before 257). Leave the /create-skill bullet as it is.

This comes from Kaitian's 2026-10-26 embedded team-kit rule: every port ships deslop, control-cli, and control-ui as ordinary skills inside its pstack plugin, and never mentions cursor-team-kit. Related: #32, #33, #34 add the three skills.

The fix PR should say Closes #N for this issue.
