Update the section(s) of the curriculum & learning Goals

To Dos

• Update sections (name if applicable) & come up with sub-goals in the Content Design Miro Board

• - [ ] Update the Goals in the launchpad codebase in conflig/_default/menus/goals.json

• Move and re-write content (without deleting content) to align to learning goals

• Update Scope & Sequence

• Add 1-2 Assessment Qs using the 'commenting' mode in Google Docs
