Summary

Continues #3571. Original author @Manognagrandhi moved off our team; I'm taking this forward from my fork with fixes to get the change merge-ready.

Adds per-channel correctable/uncorrectable EDAC counters with controller, csrow, channel, and dimm_label labels, while preserving existing controller- and csrow-level metrics.

Example output:

Hi @SuperQ — could you help unblock CI on this fork PR?

I'm taking over #3571 after @Manognagrandhi left our team. This PR continues the same EDAC per-channel/DIMM metrics work, with fixes for a bad master merge, restored csrow metrics, and an Update() return-value fix. DCO is passing.

The GitHub Actions runs are currently waiting on maintainer approval (action_required) because this comes from my fork (arunsrini3082/node_exporter). Could you please approve the workflow runs so CI can execute?

Expose channel-level correctable and uncorrectable error counters with dimm_label from sysfs, keep existing controller and csrow metrics, and fail fast when channel count files are present but unreadable.
