Overview
Cuts release 1.10.0 by bumping the package version from
1.9.0to1.10.0inpackage.jsonandpackage-lock.json, and adding the 1.10.0 section toCHANGELOG.md.That changelog entry records the user-facing work already merged in #189: screenshots now use a new backend service, and push removes screenshots when a slice is deleted (with failures logged as warnings). This PR does not change application source—only release metadata.
