Lg - Context logger backed by Logrus, including a structured HTTP RequestLogger

The lg ("log") package is a context-based application logger built on the Logrus package (https://github.com/sirupsen/logrus). It also includes a HTTP request logging middleware, lg.RequestLogger.
