Can't upgrade to 1.3.0 (or wrong version resolution)

Same issue for me, M1 Macbook Pro 2021, macOS 15.7.3 (24G419).

As far as I can see the update is working correctly but the maintainers didn't update hard-coded version in the code thus the program thinks its in v1.2.0 all the time.
