Package on conda-forge

We should make kaleido packages available on conda-forge. As soon as the wheels are published to PyPI it should be possible to use the standard conda-forge workflow to manage these packages.

• native executable is packaged as kaleido-core (https://github.com/conda-forge/kaleido-core-feedstock)
• noarch Python wrapper is packaged as python-kaleido (https://github.com/conda-forge/python-kaleido-feedstock)
