improve hello_world example

• split hello-world into three separate functions.

• increase pause after helloWorld sounds

• change the Hello_World example in the WonderPy readme into a Curl.

• chop off the long comment at the top of Hello_World

• increase visibility of link to reference doc in Readme.

It would be beneficial to have some more explanation how this works. From reading I can tell that you launch a thread and look for a method called on_connect(). Perhaps the simplest solution is to have a base class that raises NotImplementedError with pydoc comments explaining what each callback does and what arguments they take.

the 01_hello_world.py example is intentionally light on comments, to be less intimidating and just get things going. the 02_ and 03_ examples go into more detail.

@elenzil Thanks. I didn't mean for this specific example to have all the bells and whistles. More of having something like DocumentationClass in another file contain the standard callbacks supported along with documentation on what each of those callbacks does. So I could refer to it as I'm coding to see if there's a callback for what I might need. Does that make sense?
