Multiple MQTT brokers #13

Hi,

I'd like to receive the messages to my own MQTT broker as well as OTM.

I added a second MQTT broker and the MQTT status light is still green. Unfortunately nothing is sent to my own broker.

It seems that V2X2MAP ignores the second configuired MQTT broker.
