Option to display vehicle speed in MPH instead of Km/h.

First of all, thank you for an interesting app for decoding telemetry from nearby vehicles and infrastructure.

Can I please request an option to display speed in miles per hour instead of kilometres, which would be better suited for my local market (the UK) which uses MPH as its default unit of measurement.
