The license audit before going public found 3 gaps in NOTICE.md and some stale metadata. None of them blocks MIT, but they should be fixed before the repo is public.

Changes

• NOTICE.md now names:
  • the copied AST schema in tools/ts_ast_codegen/spec (TypeScript, Apache-2.0)
  • metaModelSchema.mts (microsoft/vscode-languageserver-node, MIT), with its license in licenses/
  • the Unicode and CLDR tables in gostd/data (Unicode License v3), with its license in licenses/
• npm: the tsc-rs packages' NOTICE.txt also includes the Unicode license, because the binary contains those tables.
• Metadata: Cargo.toml and npm/wasm/package.json say MIT AND Apache-2.0, as the tsc-rs packages already do. The wasm package's repository URL is pingdotgg/ts-rust (it was the old t3dotgg URL).
• Cleanup: removes the committed empty .tmp-cargo/ts-rust-cargo-*.lock and ignores /.tmp-cargo/.

The audit found no copyleft code, no unlicensed code and no third-party project source in the repo or its history.
