fix(mobile): approval card buttons line up - #31415
The mobile approval card put its options in a wrapping row of buttons sized to their labels. With Codex's default "Allow once / Allow session / Decline", Decline fell onto its own row and none of the edges lined up. It happened on iOS and Android, light and dark.
Change
The options now stack full width, the way the other request cards (secret, question, link) lay out their actions. A full-width stack is taller, and with Codex MCP elicitation it can run to five buttons. On iOS the approval panel had no height limit, so a long card could reach the header while the keyboard was open. The card now scrolls inside the room between the header and the composer, as child approvals already do. The approval sits above the composer instead of over it, so its cap also leaves out the composer's height.
Web needs no change. Its approvals are inline text actions on the timeline row, and extra options go in a More menu. At phone width they stay on one aligned line (last image).
Scope and approval
A small layout fix of an obvious bug in one card, spotted during the device runs for #31317.
Refs #27291. Its long-command case should improve too: the card now stays below the header and scrolls instead of growing past it, though the buttons scroll with the command rather than staying pinned. Not shown on a device, since Replay has no long-command approval.
Verification
Free Replay (dev) "Write approval" turn in Supervised mode, against an isolated dev backend on corex with Metro on corex. Each pair shows the same view before (left, main) and after (right, this branch).
Android, POCO F4 (Android 14): Decline no longer wraps alone, and all three buttons share the card's edges.
iOS, iPhone 18 Pro simulator (iOS 27.0), light: same fix.
iOS, dark: before, the Allow session button had no visible shape, because secondary and card-alt are both #111111. After, it is a centered row between the other two.
iOS with the keyboard open: the three-option card fits above the composer without scrolling. One tap on Allow once with the keyboard up approved the request, and the turn finished.
Web at 390 px: unchanged and already aligned.
On Android, Allow once also approved the request with one tap, and the card looked the same with the keyboard open. vp run check:changed passes: format, lint, knip, typecheck and React Compiler.
Not shown: a card tall enough to scroll. Replay has no five-option request, so the cap is checked against the source, not seen on a device.
Not changed: in the default theme, secondary nearly matches card-alt (#fafafa on #fcfcfc in light), so the Allow session fill stays faint. That is a theme token question for every secondary button, not this card.
"Before" is main at 01a8db0aad. "After" was taken on the same two commits before they were rebased onto #31317 and #31277, which don't touch these lines.
Investigated, fixed and verified with Claude Opus 5.5 in Claude Code. Reviewed in two rounds by GPT-6.1 Sol in Codex. Round 1 found the iOS height issue; round 2 found that the first cap ignored the composer. Both are fixed here.
The approval card laid its options out in a wrapping row of
label-sized buttons, so Decline fell onto its own row and the
edges never lined up. Stack them full width, like the other
request cards.

A stacked approval card with many options, or a long command, could
grow past the space between the header and the composer on iOS. Cap it
at that space and scroll, as child approvals already do.

Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — Approval buttons now stack full width, and taller cards scroll within the space above the composer. This is a localized presentation change that preserves approval choices, permission checks and response behavior.

Walkthrough
The pending approval card displays its options vertically at full width. The thread detail screen constrains the card’s height and renders it in a nested animated scroll view.
Changes: Pending approval card layout and scrolling
The screen calculates a height limit from screen and composer measurements. It wraps the card in an animated scroll view with keyboard-tap handling and nested scrolling.
Issue 27291 reports that the mobile approval card cannot scroll and that long commands can push its approval buttons off screen. This change adds a height limit and scrolling to the card.

Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description follows the template well. It states the problem (approval options wrap into a row, Decline falls onto its own row, edges do not line up) and gives the change (full-width stacked buttons, plus a keyboard-aware height cap and in-room scroll on iOS). It also gives a scope rationale (a small layout fix of an obvious bug in one card) and a detailed verification section with before/after screenshots for Android, iOS light and dark, the iOS keyboard-open case, and web. It names the device and simulator, the Replay test path, and the one check it could not perform (a card tall enough to scroll). It also notes the untested five-option case and the unchanged theme token issue. Two template items are only partly met. The scope section does not link a triaged issue or maintainer approval. It cites #27291 as a reference and #31317 as context, but it does not link an approval comment. The template also asks for the model and harness at the end, and the author did state Claude Code with Claude Opus 5.5 and a GPT-6.1 Sol review. The description is thorough, so these gaps are not critical.

- Line 1718: Update the Animated.ScrollView in the approval details view to use
the active approval’s requestId as its key, so replacing one pending approval
with another resets the scroll position.
- Line 1018: Update the iOS approval height calculation in `approvalHeightStyle`
to account for the space used by `ChildThreadApprovals`, so the child and active
approval fit within the available area below the header; alternatively, bound
and make the complete `ComposerPanels` stack scrollable. Preserve the existing
available-space constraints and ensure the child approval remains reachable.

Key the approval scroll view by request so a replacement approval
does not inherit the previous one's scroll offset.
