feat(web): color raised reasoning effort in the composer - #28425
When you switch between threads, it's easy to leave one on a higher reasoning level than the task needs. The composer shows effort as grey bars or a grey word, which is easy to miss at a glance.
This colors the effort control by cost:
Low and Medium stay uncolored, so normal levels don't draw the eye.
High is amber, Extra High is red, Max is purple with ✦, and Ultra, Ultracode and Ultrathink are fuchsia with ✦✦.
In bars mode, Max and the Ultra levels are now drawn as full bars plus sparkles instead of switching to a word. Hovering or keyboard-focusing the model picker shows the level name.
The color belongs to the level, not to your default. A default of High still shows amber, because that's the cost you're paying. Amber, red and purple avoid the red/green pair, and the bar height and sparkles carry the level without color.
Composer only. Mobile and the subagent bar show effort differently and could follow later.
Before / after
Captured in the dev app (Codex, GPT-6-Astra): each level selected in the real composer, then the triggers collected side by side.

Walkthrough
Effort glyph resolution now returns tone and sparkle data for named and ordinary levels. The composer uses this data to render effort levels. Tests cover the updated glyph results.

resolveEffortGlyph returns tone and sparkle fields. EffortSparkles renders sparkle icons. Tests cover named levels, sparkle counts, and tones.
The composer shows the effort label in label mode. In glyph mode, it renders bars with a tooltip naming the effort level. Sparkles appear in either mode.

Scope glyph.tone to the effort group.
When a colored effort is selected, the outer suffix applies glyph.tone to the Fast/Ultrafast bolt and secondary trait labels. These unrelated elements therefore inherit the effort color. Keep the tone on the effort label or bars and EffortSparkles only.

In ComposerModelEffort, remove glyph.tone from the outer suffix span so the
FastBolt and secondary trait labels do not inherit the effort color. Apply the
tone to the inner effort group containing the effort label or EffortGlyph and
EffortSparkles, keeping the surrounding suffix styling unchanged.

Fixed in 261aabd. The colour now sits on the inner group holding the word or bars and the sparkles. The Fast bolt and trait labels keep the muted styling.

Closing because the effort colors and sparkles add visual noise to the composer. We want to keep the effort control visually simple.
I'm going to push back here as I understand this concern keep it calm, but I actually want this specific thing to be noisy. It's useful to tell me that I'm costing myself tokens, leading to using a subscription faster than anticipated. This is due to threads triggered by other threads with the wrong reasoning level, end of limit period token tokenmaxxing to use up limits, or defaults incorrectly applied. Either way, that cost should be visible in some way. Perhaps a setting would be worth it for those that don't care about this generally and just leave it off by default.
