Minor Β· Performance & Scalability Β· Quick win

Avoid allocating an array for the entire prompt.

For a multi-megabyte prompt, Array.from allocates one entry per code point, although the default limit needs only 51. deriveThreadTitleSeed passes the normalized prompt to this helper, so title generation can incur large transient allocations. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Iterate only far enough to find the truncation boundary. As per coding guidelines, β€œMake sure all changes are considerate of performance impact.”

Review comment at @packages/shared/src/String.ts at line 3:
Update the string helper containing `const characters = Array.from(trimmed)` to
iterate through `trimmed` only until the title’s 51-code-point truncation
boundary, avoiding an array allocation proportional to the full prompt while
preserving Unicode-safe truncation for `deriveThreadTitleSeed`.
