feat(mobile): hide test files in the thread review sheet - #26759
Follow-up to https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/pulls/26730. Web's PR Code tab, web's chat diff panel, and mobile's PR screens can hide test files, but mobile's thread review sheet could not.
The review sheet now runs its diff through the same usePullRequestFileFilter hook the mobile PR screens use, so it shares their saved preference. "Hide test files" sits in the sheet's Select diff menu. When every file in the diff is a test, the sheet shows "Only test files changed" with a Show test files button, and the native diff view's empty placeholder is hidden. Lazy file loading looks files up by path, so filtering the parsed diff leaves it intact.
Verified on an iOS 26.5 simulator against an isolated dev server, using an Uncommitted diff containing one test file.

Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — Mobile thread reviews gain the existing hide-test-files preference, visible-file patch loading, and a show-all action without changing the default. The reported fallback-filtering issue remains covered by the separate Medium-severity blocking gate.

Walkthrough
The mobile review diff applies the saved test-file preference to patch loading and displayed files. The review sheet adds a toggle and, when filtering hides all changed files, an action to show them.

The preference hook exposes the hide-test-files setting and actions. shownPatchIndices selects eligible patch positions. Tests cover hidden and shown test files.
Filter review diff data apps/mobile/src/features/review/useReviewDiffData.ts
useReviewDiffData uses eligible indices for patch loading. It filters the parsed diff and returns the unfiltered files and filter metadata.
Expose filtering in the review sheet apps/mobile/src/features/review/ReviewSheet.tsx
The sheet adds a “Hide test files” menu toggle. When filtering hides all files, it displays an empty state with an action to show them. File visibility receives all files, and diff rendering is skipped in that empty state.

On platforms without the native diff view, hidden test hunks can still appear in mixed-file reviews. This is a narrow fallback-path issue and the change is otherwise mergeable with owner awareness.

Filter the raw-patch fallback before rendering it.
When the native diff view is unavailable, the fallback renders selectedSection?.diff directly. That string contains every file in the section, so test-file hunks appear even when “Hide test files” is active. Build the fallback from the visible files that the native branch uses, not from the full section patch. When all files are hidden, show the same “Only test files changed” state with its “Show test files” action in this branch too. Its current absence leaves the raw test patch as the only content.

Update the raw-patch fallback in ReviewSheet to build its displayed diff from
the same visible-files collection used by the native diff branch, rather than
rendering selectedSection?.diff wholesale. When no files remain visible, render
the existing “Only test files changed” state and its “Show test files” action
instead of raw test hunks.
