fix(usage): a CLIProxy hub saved as its management.html panel URL shows accounts again - #25579
Since https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/pulls/19336 kept hub URL paths, a CLIProxyAPI hub saved as the address of its web panel (https://hub.example/management.html, the page users copy the management key from) requests …/management.html/v0/management/auth-files, gets a 404, and every hub account disappears from Usage → Limits. Before https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/pulls/19336 the absolute /v0/management/… path ignored the suffix, so these saved settings used to work.
A trailing management.html is now dropped before v0/management/… is appended. A path prefix such as https://tools.example/cliproxy is still kept.
The existing prefix test now also covers …/cliproxy/management.html. It fails on main (requests go to /cliproxy/management.html/v0/…) and passes with the fix.
Read-only readAccounts run against a real CLIProxyAPI hub saved as https://<hub>/management.html:
main: The hub answered with HTTP 404.

vp run check:changed passes. The captures below exercise the real web client and server against a local CLIProxy protocol fixture, with the same saved panel URL and account data. Live hub access was not repeated during takeover.

Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — This is a localized fix to normalize CLIProxy panel URLs while preserving existing path prefixes, with regression coverage added for the intended management.html case. A separate medium-severity edge-case finding remains about filenames containing management.html, but it does not alter this change’s small bug-fix classification.

The management API helper parses the hub URL and removes an optional trailing management.html suffix and slash before resolving the endpoint. Tests cover URL variations and check the resulting management API path prefixes.

thanks @Jolymmiles. your fix correctly keeps reverse-proxy prefixes and strips only the whole panel filename. i preserved all three commits, merged current main, and pushed the update to this branch.
the only production adjustment is applying your normalization to the parsed pathname. this also handles management.html/?tab=accounts and management.html/#accounts, which still requested nested api paths with the previous implementation. regression coverage stays in the existing test file and includes uppercase filenames, queries, fragments, trailing slashes, and team-management.html.

reproduced three panel-url failures on main, then two trailing-slash/query/fragment failures on the original implementation before fixing them.
blacksmith: all 23 cliproxyApi.test.ts tests pass; vp run check:changed passes formatting, lint, knip, graphql checks, affected typechecks, and focused tests.
all 24 pr checks pass, including the required build/typecheck and eight server-test shards. the latest review bot found no actionable comments; two independent reviewers approved this exact head.
real web client + server against a local CLIProxy protocol fixture: main requests /cliproxy/management.html/v0/management/auth-files and shows http 404; this head requests /cliproxy/v0/management/auth-files, performs the quota api calls, and renders session/weekly limits.
unverified: live third-party hub access and desktop/mobile clients. the unrelated local codex quota error appears in both captures because this vm's local codex quota probe fails.

added the real local CLIProxy service through settings → providers → add hub, using its /management.html url. usage → limits reports http 404 on main. the identical url and key reach management authentication on this head and report http 401. this proves the routing correction, but does not prove account restoration.
created a project for the real /home/user/t3code git repo through the app. selected codex gpt-6.1-sol, sent a prompt, then sent a follow-up in the same thread. both completed through the real local proxy. the recording shows the follow-up response and limits view.
canceled hub removal and confirmed it remained configured; confirmed removal and checked that it disappeared from both settings and limits.
blacksmith: vp i && vp test run apps/server/src/usage/cliproxyApi.test.ts passed all 23 existing tests. these cover prefixes, trailing slashes, uppercase panel names, queries/fragments, and near-match filenames. the pr's existing 24 ci checks are successful.

restored pooled accounts and their session/weekly limits remain unverified. this vm supplies a codex API key, but the real hub rejects it as an invalid management key. later refreshes returned http 403, so i stopped unauthorized probes. the recording includes that later response. a valid hub management key is required to complete the successful account-list/quota path; no fixture was substituted.
the local codex quota probe separately returns JSON-RPC -32600 on both main and this head. real agent turns work, but this does not prove the local quota probe works. native desktop, ios/android, remote/tunnel connections, and a successful authenticated prefixed hub were not exercised. an 8-second vm overload toast appears in the recording; neither provider turn stalled.
this is evidence of corrected routing and working neighboring flows, not a full end-to-end verification of the requested account restoration. no commit or push was needed.
