Do not default unknown plugin providers to the claudeAgent driver.

readAccounts selects every account whose provider appears in quotaByProvider. readPluginAccount gives all of them the claudeAgent driver unless account.provider contains "opencode".

A hub can discover a quota provider for another plugin. Its accounts would then be reported as Claude accounts. That attributes usage to the wrong provider instance and can mix it with real Claude usage.

Resolve the driver in one place. Select only accounts that map to a known driver, and leave other quota providers out until the code supports them.

In readAccounts, add a helper such as pluginDriver(provider): "opencode" | undefined. Use it in the wanted filter so unsupported plugin providers are skipped.

Update readAccounts to include only plugin providers that map to a supported
driver, and make readPluginAccount use that same mapping instead of defaulting
unknown providers to claudeAgent. Preserve the opencode mapping and skip
unsupported quota providers until they have an explicit driver mapping.

🟡 Medium usage/cliproxyApi.ts:450

When two quota groups contain the same window, their buckets get the same id (bucket.window) and are pooled as one allowance; an exhausted group and an unused group therefore appear as 50% used, and the per-account column keeps only the last bucket. Include a stable group identity in each window ID and distinguish the labels so separate group quotas remain separate.

Handle duplicate quota windows across groups.

quota.groups accepts multiple groups, and readPluginAccount emits each bucket with id: bucket.window. If two groups contain the same window, applyUsageLimitsUpdate can overwrite the earlier window because it keys its map by window.id. Make IDs group-specific, or merge duplicate windows before makeUsageLimits; when merging, retain the highest usedPercent for each window.

Accounts on separate hubs with the same provider and hub-local account.id receive the same credentialFingerprint, so collectLimitAccounts merges them and drops one account's quota, producing an incorrect pool balance. Include the hub identity in the fingerprint input unless a genuine cross-hub credential identity is available.

Compute the fingerprint independently of subscriptionPlan.

packages/shared/src/usageLimits.ts uses credentialFingerprint as the fallback account identity when no email exists. This account currently receives a fingerprint only when quota.subscription?.plan is non-empty. A change in that field can therefore change the account identity across refreshes, and a failed quota fetch returns no fingerprint.

Compute the fingerprint for every plugin account and preserve it in the failed-fetch result.
