Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win

Do not discard legitimate titles that contain an ellipsis.

This pattern treats every Full Changelog: <token>...<token> line as the generated footer. A real item such as Full Changelog: retry...again is removed, and totalItems becomes incorrect. Match a known release-reference shape or another footer-specific marker. Add a regression case with a legitimate title that also contains ...; the current title does not exercise this branch. Review comment at @apps/desktop/src/updates/releaseNotes.ts at line 91:
Update the generated-footer detection in the normalized release-notes parsing
flow so it matches a known release-reference shape or another footer-specific
marker rather than any “Full Changelog” line containing an ellipsis; add a
regression case ensuring “Full Changelog: retry...again” remains a legitimate
title and is included in totalItems.
