Test placeholder comments committed to production documentation

Low Severity

Two HTML comments labeled "Dummy change" and "placeholder note for testing edits" appear to be temporary testing artifacts that were committed to AGENTS.md. These serve no documentation or functional purpose and are self-described as dummy/test content, suggesting they weren't intended for the final codebase.
