ApprovabilityVerdict: Approved at Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — This is a focused provider-badge readability fix: a tested shared color helper updates only accented badge text in web and mobile, while existing non-accent behavior and configuration remain unchanged. No product defaults, schemas, deployment settings, or static-analysis suppressions are modified. Notes:

The account badge always painted its initials white, so a white or pastel accent hid them. Pick white or near-black from the accent's luminance in a shared client-runtime helper and use it on web and mobile.
The 0.4 luminance threshold kept white text on accents such as #ff8000 or teal, where it reaches only 2.5:1. At 0.33 those switch to dark text (7.9:1) while Claude's orange (0.29) keeps the white users already see.

The provider account badge always painted its initials white, so a white or pastel accent color hid them: with a white accent Codex showed an empty badge while Claude's orange badge still read "CL".
Pick the badge text from the accent's luminance with a small shared
providerAccentForegroundColorhelper inpackages/client-runtime: near-black on light accents, white on dark and saturated ones. The threshold sits above the WCAG midpoint so mid-tones like Claude's orange (luminance 0.29) keep the white text users already see, and below the brighter mid-tones such as#ff8000or teal (0.36 and up), where white reaches only about 2.5:1 and dark text about 7.9:1. Web and mobile badges both use it.Fixes #11641
