[Bug]: Claude Opus 5 silently stops when usage limit exceeded. Doesn't tell me immediately.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a thread with a Claude model. Mine was Opus 5
2. Model will awkwardly stop working in the middle of a task making it look frozen or stuck.

4. Try to revive it with "continue"
5. Only now figure out that my usage ran out.

Expected behavior

T3Code should have told me immediately.

Actual behavior

Task stops midway without a clear reason at first.
