[Bug]: Shift+Insert does not paste in the integrated terminal

Steps to reproduce

1. Copy some plain text.
2. Open a thread in T3 Code Desktop.
3. Open the integrated terminal with Ctrl+J and focus the terminal prompt.
4. Press Shift+Insert. On Omarchy, this can be reproduced with Super+V because its active "Universal paste" binding sends Shift+Insert to the focused application.
5. Observe that no clipboard text is pasted.
6. Press Ctrl+Shift+V and observe that the same clipboard text pastes successfully.

Expected behavior

Shift+Insert should paste clipboard text into the integrated terminal. This should also allow tools and desktop environments that emit Shift+Insert, including Omarchy's Super+V universal-paste binding, to work normally.

Actual behavior

Shift+Insert does not paste anything and no error is displayed. Ctrl+Shift+V works correctly.
