Description

Before submitting

  • I searched existing issues and did not find a duplicate.
  • I included enough detail to reproduce or investigate the problem.

Area

apps/desktop

Steps to reproduce

  1. On macOS, install Zed and the Antigravity CLI.
  2. Do not install the Antigravity IDE or any other text editor like VS Code/Curssor.
  3. Start T3 Code and open a local project.
  4. Check the Open in button.
  5. Open the arrow menu beside the button.

Expected behavior

Zed should appear in the Open in menu and should be the default installed code editor. Antigravity should not appear as an IDE when only its CLI is installed.

Actual behavior

The Open in button defaults to Antigravity, although the Antigravity IDE is not installed. Only the Antigravity CLI is installed.

Zed 1.13.1 is installed at /Applications/Zed.app, but it does not appear in the arrow menu.
