[Bug]: T3 Connect toggle shown in web app despite being desktop-only feature #5046

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the web app version of t3code while already logged in via T3 Connect.
2. Navigate to the environment settings panel ("This environment").
3. Observe the "T3 Connect" toggle listed alongside "Administrative access" and "Publish agent activity".

Expected behavior

The "T3 Connect" toggle should not be shown at all in the web app, since T3 Connect environment-sharing is a desktop-only feature and is not compatible with the web app.

Actual behavior

The web app settings panel displays the "T3 Connect" toggle (off by default) even though the user is already logged in via T3 Connect. This can make it look like the environment isn't connected via T3 Connect, when it actually is.
