[Feature]: Add a read more link to the newest release note to the "Update downloaded" Notification

Problem or use case

Currently, users have to manually open the repository and navigate to the Releases page to find out what has changed in the downloaded update.

Proposed solution

I would like to add a clickable link labeled “Read more” or “Changelog” to the “Update downloaded” notification.

The link should open the release notes for the downloaded version in the user’s default browser. It could be underlined or include an arrow icon to make it clear that it is clickable.

Why this matters

This would help the end user to see what has been changed if he likes to.

Smallest useful scope

Add a single clickable “Read more” link to the “Update downloaded” notification that opens the release notes for the downloaded version in the user’s default browser. No release-note preview or additional changelog UI is required.
