[Bug]: Incorrect Model Provider Logo Shown in Model Selection Dropdown

Steps to reproduce

On a new install, after not connecting OpenAI, but connecting Claude Code, the default model is Fable 5 (or was for me depending on my current usage). All I had to do was start a new project.

Expected behavior

Model + Provider should match.

Actual behavior

Claude Fable 5 shows with an OpenAI Logo.

Thanks for the report. We believe this is fixed by PR #4117.

The composer now gets the provider, model, and icon from the same usable provider instance, so a Claude model should no longer show the Codex icon. This fix landed after the 0.0.28 version listed in the report.

I'm closing this as fixed as part of an automated pass on all open issues. If this still happens in a build that includes PR #4117, please reply with the selected provider, model, and a screenshot, and we can reopen it.
