Cannot create any new threads (Orchestration command invariant failed (thread.create):) #378

Description

@Kahitar

The exact error:

Orchestration command invariant failed (thread.create): Thread 'baa57ae2-93d0-4ee2-a4a5-e07cbdb15a9f' already exists and cannot be created twice.

This started to happen after I create two worktree threads (with the same name, if that's relevant) and deleted one of them. Afterwards both of them were not visible anymore. Now whenever I try to create a new conversation, the error above happens.
I assume the thread with that UUID already exists, and I cannot create a new one because the new conversation uses the same UUID. Is there a way to "refresh" the UUID of the "New thread" dialog? Or can I delete the stale thread with that UUID?

OS: Windows (no WSL)
Version: 0.0.4
