   This shipped: the Diff panel renders with diffs.com's library (@pierre/diffs), with split/stacked modes, word-wrap and whitespace toggles, collapsible per-file diffs, and persisted panel state. Closing as done — the "comment on diff lines" part of the original note lives on in #79 (mobile has it; web/desktop still pending).
