Long pending-question text overflows its container in the composer #27051

When an agent asks a question ("Answer N questions" panel above the composer), a long question title is rendered on a single line and overflows outside the highlighted question element, past the panel's right edge. The 1/4 counter and chevron also overlap the text.

Expected: the question text wraps or is truncated with an ellipsis inside the element, without overlapping the counter.
