Area

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the Threads tab on an iPhone 17.
  2. Settle a thread.
  3. Look at the "Settled thread" notification.

Actual behavior

The notification is a large, nearly full-width box placed directly over the thread list. It covers the threads I'm trying to browse. There's a lot of empty space in the box, with Undo on a separate row, so a simple confirmation takes up far too much room.

Expected behavior

A compact confirmation with Undo, positioned so it keeps the thread list visible and usable.

Impact

Minor bug or occasional failure

Version or commit

Mobile app 2.1

Environment

iPhone 17, iOS app.

Verified on main at 3de45c6254 using the iPhone 17 Pro simulator and the real mobile dev client against an isolated backend. Settling a thread now shows a compact, single-row confirmation with Undo at the bottom above the tab bar. Also checked settling with the settled-thread list expanded.

This was fixed by 8096799b85, which moved the iOS undo notice to the bottom. Closing as fixed on main.

Compact settled-thread confirmation on current main
