The --title argument of the gh command is not being quoted, resulting in errors for multi-word PR titles.
I tracked down a similar issue on the Node repo: nodejs/node#7367 (comment). The solution there was adding { shell: true } to the spawn function call. I tried it out and it fixed it:

The only change I made was adding the shell argument to the spawn call at apps/server/src/processRunner.ts like this:
