Closing as implemented: provider CLIs (codex / claude / cursor / opencode / grok) and source-control CLIs (gh / glab / az) are now probed cross-platform at startup, with installed/version/auth status, install hints, rescan, and in-app update prompts surfaced in Settings and chat banners. It's not a literal first-run wizard — if you specifically want a guided onboarding step, comment and we'll reopen or split that out.
