    you can paste images as well. hardest thing with adding a button is finding space for it in the composer xd

    Image paste and drag/drop already cover attachment input, and a permanent upload button would consume scarce composer space for a redundant action. We are not adding it absent stronger demand.

    This was closed as part of a large repo-wide maintenance sweep. If you think it's still relevant, please reopen.
