Steps to reproduce
OpenCode has 2 built-in sub-providers (Go and Console) and allow users to add additional providers (OpenRouter, etc.)
While T3 Code shows the complete model slug that allows you to differentiate providers in the settings menu, it is no longer shown in the composer. So it is difficult for users to know which sub-provider they are picking and therefore where they will be billed. Previous versions of T3 Code displayed the complete model slug in the composer.
Expected behavior
When a model is provided with multiple providers, there should be an easy method to differentiate them in the composer model picker.
Actual behavior
The composer only displays the 'main' model name and the harness provider "OpenCode", therefore OpenCode Go, OpenCode Console, and OpenCode Console External Provider (like OpenRouter) all appear the same.
Impact
Minor bug or occasional failure
