Steps to reproduce
- Use T3 Code on a server that has the "No project" folder.
- Open the iOS app and find "No project" in the project list.
- Compare it with the same entry in the desktop app.
Expected behavior
Mobile shows an icon that matches desktop's gray dashed outline.
Actual behavior
Mobile shows the initials "NP" in a gray tile.
The server assigns "No project" the Lucide icon message-square-dashed in gray (apps/server/src/project/ManagedProjectFolders.ts). Desktop and web draw Lucide icons directly. Mobile does not bundle Lucide, so resolveProjectIconGlyph in apps/mobile/src/lib/projectIcon.ts turns every Lucide icon into the project's initials. That fallback is deliberate for icons a user picks, but this one comes from the server, so every mobile user sees "NP".
