[Bug]: Unable to sort threads in official App Store iOS app 1.3.0

Summary

The official T3 Code iOS App Store app, version 1.3.0, does not let the reporter sort threads. This concerns sorting or reordering, not the Settle action. The problem was noticed after a recent update.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the official App Store iOS app, version 1.3.0.
2. Open the thread list.
3. Try to sort or reorder the threads.
4. The reporter cannot achieve the desired ordering.

The exact control attempted, whether the control is absent or ineffective, and the desired sorting mode have not yet been captured. These are user-reported steps, not an independent reproduction.

Expected behavior

Supported thread sorting/reordering should be accessible and work in the mobile thread list. If automatic sorting is not supported, make the supported ordering controls discoverable.

Actual behavior

The reporter cannot sort threads in App Store version 1.3.0.

#9617 was closed as completed, with the closing comment identifying mobile Move up/down in #9730. #6342 concerns recent-activity sorting in the web/desktop sidebar, not this confirmed mobile report. These are related ordering requests, not proof of the root cause or an exact duplicate.

Please triage whether this is a missing sorting option, a discoverability problem, or a regression in supported reordering.

Triage

This isn't a confirmed bug in App Store build 1.3.0 (76cc9b08f1), and it isn't a duplicate of closed issue #9617 or closed issue #6342. The report doesn't say which ordering you expected, or whether a control was missing or was there and did nothing.

On 1.3.0 the default home list is Thread List v2, which has been the default since merged PR #4717. That list doesn't offer Last user message or Created at sorting. Those options exist only under Sort threads in the thread-list filter, and only when Settings → Legacy → Legacy Thread List is on. With v2 on, the filter hides them on purpose, because v2 would ignore them. Manual ordering is a different control: open a thread's menu and use Arrange threads…, Move up, or Move down. Those items only appear when the connected server reports threadActiveReorder or threadPinReorder. Activity doesn't reshuffle a v2 list.

Merged PR #13183, which ships in 1.3.1, removes the legacy list and its sort submenus. An over-the-air update with that change can land on a 1.3.0 binary without changing the version shown in the App Store. Arrange threads is still there. #9617 was about manual reordering and was closed when that shipped in merged PR #9730. #6342 is the web/desktop recent-activity preference, not this iOS report.

To go further, we need:

1. The order you want: Last user message, Created at, or a manual order that stays put.
2. Whether Legacy Thread List was on before the update.
3. A screenshot of the thread menu and of the filter menu, and whether Arrange threads… is missing or does nothing.
4. The server version for that environment, plus your iOS version and device.

Adding Last user message or Created at sorting to the default list would be a feature request, not a 1.3.0 regression. If Arrange threads is missing or doesn't work on a server that should support reordering, reply with the screenshot and server version and we'll treat it as a bug.
