[Bug]: iOS: an expanded environment card ignores every tap, its fields never take focus #12085

Description

@alanbem

Before submitting

Area

apps/mobile (iOS, App Store 1.1.0)

Steps to reproduce

  1. On an iPhone, open Settings and then Environments.
  2. Expand a saved environment so the card opens.
  3. Tap the LABEL field, then the URL field.
  4. Tap Save, then the refresh button, then the trash button.

Expected behavior

The fields take focus, a caret appears and the keyboard opens. Save, refresh and delete do what they say.

Actual behavior

Nothing in the expanded card responds. The label and URL fields never take focus: no caret, no keyboard, no selection. Save, refresh and trash do nothing at all, with no alert and no visible change. The card looks normal, it is simply inert. Collapsing it and expanding it again makes no difference.

The practical result is that a saved environment cannot be edited or removed from the phone, so an environment showing "The environment credential is invalid" cannot be repaired there.

Impact

An environment that stops working cannot be fixed or deleted on the phone. The only way out is another device.

Version or commit

1.1.0 (App Store)

Environment

iPhone 17 Pro, iOS 26.6, portrait, dark mode.

#12012 reports the trash button specifically, and its triage points at Alert.alert failing to present from the nested form sheet. This report is wider: the text fields never take focus either, which suggests the whole expanded card stops receiving touches rather than only the confirm alert failing to appear.

#11987 is the same family on the other screen, where the composer controls ignore taps while the editor has focus.
