[Bug]: Use the full width when displaying tables #10952

Description

@Garfounkel

Before submitting

  • I searched existing issues and did not find a duplicate.
  • I included enough detail to reproduce or investigate the problem.

Area

apps/desktop

Steps to reproduce

Ask any model to display a table with long horizontal content. For example:

Reproduce exactly the following table in your next message:

| Job title | Company | Location | Posting date | Days posted | Reason |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Gameplay Programmer Senior Unity](https://emploi.afjv.com/emploi-jeux-video/EDEV1123-29067) | Old Skull Games | Villeurbanne, hybrid | 2026-09-07 | 2 | Lyon onsite/hybrid — relocation |
| [Game-ProgrammiererIn C#/Unity](https://www.workwithindies.com/careers/the-good-evil-game-programmiererin-c-unity-d-w-m) | the Good Evil | Cologne | 2026-09-03 | 6 | **German fluency** required |
| [Software Engineer, Game Development](https://join.com/companies/iterationonecom/15770392-software-engineer-game-development-f-m-d) | Iteration One | Karlsruhe, mostly onsite | Updated recently | ~3 (LI) | >1h from Mainz |

Expected behavior

Thread area should expand to use the full width available. Could be a toggle in settings.

Actual behavior

See following screenshot. Tables are rendered with a horizontal scroll bar because the entire width of the page isn't used. An option in settings to expand the horizontal width of the thread would be great.
