Alex & I made many changes to the USB & other hardware systems to enable it to run on the raspi4b.
Majorly reworked the initialization and port resetting to be more like FreeBSD's.
Added support for Oddframes (and frame overruns) as well as PID toggling.
Testing is needed on Hardware to make sure this version still works.
