suggestion: using consistent design(UI/UX) patterns for all the php.net websites.

qa.php.net uses a different color scheme other than PHP's main site. this puts us in a difficult position when we access the site. that bright yellow color brings the viewer's eye boll out from the scalp. and there is something on the PHPQA logo's top-right corner, but viewers newer can see that because of the YELLOW color. please consider using the color plates from the main site.

At this point, it might make more sense to retire that subdomain (and move the still relevant stuff to somewhere else).
